Min joined VantagePoint in 2014 with over 10 years experience in private equity investment and management. Prior to VantagePoint, Min worked at Baring Private Equity Partners and ING Real Estate Investment Management Limited. She played an active role in the raising, investing, and managing of the China Real Estate Private Equity Fund, and gained rich experience in overseas investment. Min has established intensive knowledge in real estate, consumption, education, etc., and has extensive deal sourcing capabilities in these industries. She acquired a Master’s degree in Economics in the University of International Business and Economics, and a MBA degree in the University of California, Los Angeles.
